The pass will enable private vehicle owners to travel across national highways without repeated toll deductions for up to 200 trips or one year, whichever comes first.
The announcement was made by Union Minister Nitin Gadkari, who called the scheme a “transformative step” toward smoother, faster, and more efficient highway travel in India.
